The Lapp Harnessing Service allows our customers to utilise our wide range of products. The service enables Lapp to become the sole supplier for all your cabling needs. This will reduce lead time and reduce cost.

At Lapp we have over 40,000 products anywhere from connection and control, flexible robotic connections and data transfer. There may be occasions where we may not have exactly what you are looking for. This is where your Lapp Account Manager can source any connectors (or you could even supply your own) from any third party before we take care of the harnessing for you.

We can stock hold your finished goods in preparation for when you need them, we can also flexibly deliver your goods to meet your production requirements. By using our Harnessing Service, you can concentrate on your project in hand whilst we take care of your cabling procurement of individual components.

Box build assembly

Apart from cable harnessing, we can also offer turnkey box build assembly solutions where you require complex products that require configuration and system integration prior to dispatch.

Working from design briefs, schematics or end user interface information, we can provide Solid Works® drawing to support instructions for product engineering stages of your project.

Our box build service can take care of manufacturing and product testing small mechanical assemblies with no electronic requirements, break-out boxes as interfaces for I/O requirements, electronics instrumentation and control equipment through to full 19" rack assemblies.
